Charlie Bagg – Over 25 Years of Real Estate Excellence

With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, I bring a wealth of knowledge, proven negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for helping people. Real estate runs in my family—my father was a lifelong agent, and I got my start early by assisting him with sales and leasing.

My career began in Chicago with one of the region’s leading homebuilders, where I gained valuable insight into both sales and the construction process. After eight years in new home sales, I transitioned into residential resale and was honored to be named Rookie of the Year for RE/MAX of Northern Illinois, chosen from over 64,000 agents.

In 2006, my family and I moved to Anchorage, Alaska, where I’ve had the privilege of working with two of the state’s top-performing real estate teams. Today, I continue to help clients across Anchorage and beyond with a focus on results, integrity, and exceptional service. Along the way, I’ve guided thousands of families through buying and selling—many in situations where other agents struggled to deliver.

In addition to traditional home sales, I am a Certified Short Sale Specialist and hold the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. Since 2006, I’ve successfully helped hundreds of homeowners navigate the complexities of short sales and foreclosures with expertise, compassion, and proven strategies.

My mission is simple: I don’t just sell homes—I help clients maximize their return through strategic marketing, expert pricing, and skilled negotiations. Known for persistence and attention to detail, I strive to make every transaction smooth, successful, and tailored to each client’s goals.

Outside of real estate, my greatest joy comes from family. I’ve been married to my wife, Sheryl, for 25 years, and together we’ve raised three wonderful children who all attended the Anchorage School District. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and it drives the care I bring to every client relationship.
